What age are the blankets good for? Do they come in different sizes?
Milk & Honey blankets will cuddle a newborn at the hospital, a baby in the pram, a toddler sleeping in his cot and it would also be perfect for some hide and seek and tent building for your preschooler.

What are your blankets made from?
Our super soft blankets are made from 100% consciously-sourced cotton.
They will keep warm, are anti-pilling, anti-wrinkle, breathable and fluffy.
How should I care for my blanket?
Care instructions are included with each blanket and we recommend caring for it according to its specific instructions -
Gentle wash at 30 degrees
Wash with similar colours
Dry flat away from direct sunlight
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron
Do not bleach
Do not dry clean
Are there any safety considerations that I should know about?
Blankets are intended to be used under direct supervision only.
Do not leave the baby unattended, sleeping or awake, with their blankets.

What kind of wood are your toys made of? Are your toys safe for children?
Milk & Honey’s toys are very safe, made from 100% natural beech wood.
They are also eco-friendly and anti-microbial. They can be easily cleaned with dish soap and a wet cloth.
They are also non toxic and made safe for babies to tug, touch and chew.

Can I return/exchange my item?
We hope you love your purchased items, but if you wish to return your purchase please contact us at email@example.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

I think my blanket has a defect. What should i do?
Milk & Honey’s blankets are made using high quality natural textiles. Please note that due to the nature of these materials, some variations in the fabric may occur.
Variations in color, texture and natural markings should not be considered defects.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please notify us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach an image of the defect.
Defective items may be returned or replaced, depending on product availability.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Yes you can! Leave your gift note in the notes section when placing your order. You can also email email@example.com to request that a note be added. We will include a handwritten note on a cute card. All orders are thoughtfully packaged and ready to gift. A packing slip is included without pricing details.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
In the event you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an order begins processing, it can no longer be adjusted or cancelled.
Please note that refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 7-10 business days to post to your account, and payments made via Paypal e-check cannot be refunded until payments are released, sometimes taking up to 8-10 business days.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can I use it after the order is placed?
Discount codes must be applied at the time the order is placed, and may not be applied retroactively. Please be aware that certain products and collections do not allow the use of discount codes.
I bought an item on sale, but I need to return it for a different product. Will I still get the sale price?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact email@example.com for assistance with your return/exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Our International Shipping rates range from £4.90 - £9.90. The exact rate will be displayed on the checkout page depending on your shipping address. All international sales are considered final. All prices and shipping costs are listed in GBP. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply at the point of checkout, or upon delivery/receipt of order.
How long will it take to receive my blanket?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to five additional business days during high-volume times.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at email@example.com. Also, contact your local USPS office or carrier, as they are often able to locate the package for you. Milk & Honey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What kind of packaging are you using?
At Milk & Honey, we’re conscious about our impact and are hence using compostable courier satchels from www.betterpackaging.com for couriers. In a home compost, these satchels will biodegrade in 3-6 months.
